At home, you wear many hats. Perhaps a Caregiver, or the one responsible for the bills. In the workplace you’re in a leadership role, or directly reporting to the leaders. Perhaps you’re a Department Head. A Founder. A CEO. An Administrative Assistant.

Whatever the role – it doesn’t allow you much time for breaks and can easily spill into “personal time”. Sometimes it’s the thought of the never-ending to-do list just idling in the back of your mind. It pops up while you’re watching TV, commuting between locations, or doing your bedtime routine.

Our High Functioning Anxiety Workshops in Toronto (and online) are an easy low-cost, non-committal approach to getting support, creating coping mechanisms, and setting boundaries that actually work for you. Ideal for perfectionists, people pleasers, and those with just way too much on their plates. 

Our Intimacy and Sexual Health Workshops are available for all people and genders. Intimacy workshops emphasize reconnection towards pleasure and embodied healing as we explore topics around sex, trauma, polyamory, and somatics, exploring likes / needs / wants / dislikes, and more. These workshops and groups are offered in Toronto and online for ease, convenience, and accessibility.

We run a variety of 4 to 8 week anxiety support groups, sex therapy groups, and women’s health groups throughout the year. Groups are offered in-person to support with feelings of connectedness, and online to ensure convenient access.

Registration for our Fall 2026 women’s sexual health support group is currently open. The group titled, When Your Body Shuts Down During Intimacy: Reconnecting at Your Own Pace, is ideal for women 18+ who would like to:

  • Decrease overactivity or stimulate under-activity of the nervous system
  • Better communicate with themselves and/or partner(s) about needs, wants, dislikes, and likes
  • Want to increase connection towards the body
