By the end of this workshop you will have gained new techniques to connect to your internal, erotic energy that can be applied within both self and partnered settings.
More often than not, we tie our own pleasure to someone else's enjoyment. We can have a tendency to get so caught up with ensuring someone else's pleasure that we forget about our own. But there's no time like the present, let's look at your pleasure now.
What do you like? How do you like it? How often do you like it? Does what you like ever change? Have you ever communicated this to your partner(s)? Heck, never mind a partner - have you ever communicated this to yourself? If you answered 'no' or 'I don't know' to one or more of these questions, then this workshop might be the perfect pitstop for you. In this session, we'll take a moment to pause and prioritize the self. Whether you prefer your camera on or off, whether you prefer to use your real name or a pseudonym, we'll deep dive into self-pleasure and what it means to rediscover existing as your own individual being. Join us for an event just on time for Galentines Day, and let's figure out what self-pleasure means for you. It might look different than you expect.

By the end of this workshop you will have gained skills to help you challenge the intimacy-related beliefs that keep you locked in feelings of shame
Why is it so common to shame people for what they like, or don't like. It seems like everyone has an opinion, and sometimes it can feel sort of impossible not to internalize these opinions. It can feel so incredibly hard to not see ourselves as weird, different, or judged because what we like or don't like doesn't match up to what society, religion, family, or the movies says it should.
Sometimes it's even a step beyond that. Sometimes we face setbacks and feel shamed for feeling icky about swapping body fluids. We might even feel self-conscious about our own scents and body parts. And in the end, this too ends up manifesting into more feelings of shame. So, how do we deal?
In this final segment of our Winter Intimacy Series , we'll hold space for a very personal journey that allows you to process your experiences in your own way. Join us - camera on or camera off - as we create a special virtual space to shed the shame that ins't yours, and find peace in a journey around intimacy that is allowed to be fully yours. We'll guide you through a mixture of embodied practices, outsider witnessing, and talk-therapy principles to support your venture through this.

Nope. Clothes are required for this space. While we will be exploring themes around intimacy, sexuality, and connection, there will be no nudity. We kindly ask that you hold all sexual activity until you get back to the bedroom (or whatever personal space gets you hot!).
All in-session exercises will be guided and require your expressed and explicit consent.
I’m glad you asked. That is absolutely okay, and is completely normal. Talking about sexuality and intimacy openly isn’t really common practice, and we get that. Our hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable to participate at your own pace. There will be no judgement and no pressure from us.
Bear in mind that you might be with us for a couple of hours. We encourage you to wear something you feel comfortable in like sweats, leggings, jammies, or shorts. Shoes are not permitted at the in-person venue, so consider bringing a pair of cozy socks or slippers.
Considering the length and subject matter of the workshop, you may want to bring items that keep you grounded. This might include fidget toys, water bottles, blankets, and more. You also might find it helpful to bring a pen and notepad to jot down any ideas you want to hold onto.
Yes! Whether you’re mono, polyam, straight, gay, bi, pans, or somewhere else on the beautiful spectrum of sexuality and relationship, this space invites you in.

Our space aims to be warm and inviting, however, it is important to note there are stairs required to access the front door and bathroom. Please keep this in mind as you consider coming to in-person workshops.
